Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of posting. Like I mentioned previously i’ve been focusing all my energy on finding a job lately! Although I have still being doing a lot of Zumba and walking and trying to eat healthy!
Here is my progress so far. Like I have also mentioned I do not own a scale or freak out over weight- I go more by what I see. I almost have my stomach back to how I want it (the lighting in my room is weird). It’s not quite flat- but getting there! (Now just need some definition). My arms still need work, same with my thighs, but feeling a little happier and more confident in my clothes (and without!). I also switched my birth control pill to a different one which seems to have really helped.
Been feeling quite down lately, so i’ve been putting off working out and haven’t been eating as well….Need to get out of this rut because in the end it will only make me more unhappy if I give in to this.
Just did a few Zumba songs. Sorry I haven’t posted in a while! Like I said last time i’ve been so busy, but i’m still trying to fit in my workouts!
I haven’t been working out as much.
Been concentrating all my time and effort on getting a job seeing as i’m getting more and more desperate for money. I’ve still done a lot of walking, but I need to get back into it.

Had a cheat day yesterday
I had the biggest craving ever for macaroni and cheese.
So I tried to make a “healthier” homemade version.
I used whole grain penne, skim milk, and added some spinach for some iron. The only thing that was still full fat was the cheese.
Oh well, everything in moderation!
